Hi, I’m Colleen—and I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Kevin, and incredibly lucky to call him my partner in life through it all. What started as a side gig quickly turned into something much more. It didn’t take long for me to realize that travel, and more importantly, planning it for others, wasn’t just something I enjoyed, it was something I truly loved. This has become a true passion of mine, and honestly, I don’t feel like I work because I love what I do.
I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids, Danny, who is married to Brittany, and Kailee, who is married to Nick. Our family has grown in the best way, and while our house may be a little quieter these days, it’s still full of life thanks to our four very spoiled grandcats—Tux, Wu, Finn, and Joey.
Travel has become such a big part of who I am. I love the process of taking an idea and turning it into something real, something thoughtful, seamless, and memorable. Whether it’s a honeymoon, a family trip, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, I treat every itinerary as if I were planning it for my own family or closest friends. Because to me, this isn’t just about booking a trip, it’s about creating an experience that feels right from start to finish.
When I’m not planning travel, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, enjoying a great glass of wine, or spending time in Florida, my happy place. It’s where I go to unwind, reset, and dream about where to go next. I’m always chasing that next adventure, that next place I haven’t been yet, and that excitement is something I bring into every trip I plan.
At the end of the day, I truly care about the people I work with. I want every client to feel taken care of, understood, and excited—not overwhelmed. Hi, I’m Dawn—from the magic of Walt Disney World in the late 70s to a wedding reception where every table was named after a shared adventure with my husband, Dennis, travel has always been the heartbeat of my life. Today, I bring that passion to life by helping others navigate the world with ease and create journeys that feel truly their own.
While I love all types of travel, cruising is my true specialty. With advanced training from Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Line, I match each client with the right ship, cabin, and itinerary to fit their style.
Beyond the sea, my experience extends far beyond the shoreline. I’ve designed everything from immersive custom itineraries through the rolling hills of Ireland and the historic streets of Italy to comprehensive, multi-island Hawaiian getaways. I also specialize in sun-soaked, all-inclusive Caribbean vacations, as well as the complex logistics of seamless multi-generational family trips and large group travel—where every detail is thoughtfully handled from start to finish.
By day, I serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District, a role that has shaped my patience, attention to detail, and ability to truly listen and understand my clients’ needs. My passion for travel is also a family affair—my three boys have grown up exploring the world alongside me, creating memories that have only deepened my love for what I do.
When I’m not in the classroom or planning dream getaways, you’ll find me enjoying the lake breeze at my summer home in Marblehead’s Baypoint, soaking in life on the water.
